Rented the standard room initially but quickly switched to a deluxe room with a balcony. The upgrade felt like a breath of fresh air. The balcony view offered an amazing perspective of San Juan de Los Lagos. The jacuzzi in the bathroom added a touch of luxury. However, cleanliness in the bathroom left much to be desired. I noticed some mold that could use immediate attention. The towels were disappointingly thin and worn out, not ideal for drying off after a shower. Noise levels were bothersome, especially early in the morning due to the street sounds that seeped through. In general, while the views and space made my stay enjoyable, the cleanliness and towel quality were significant drawbacks.

Spectacular balcony views with bonus jacuzzi
I recently upgraded to a room with a balcony, and the view over San Juan de los Lagos was truly stunning. The bathroom was a decent size and came equipped with a relaxing jacuzzi, which I really enjoyed. However, the towels were surprisingly thin, and I found the noise from the street a bit disruptive early in the morning. Overall, while the room offered great amenities, there is definitely some room for improvement in terms of towel quality and noise insulation.

Staying with my two teens was a blast! The hotel had a cool vibe, and my kids loved surfing the web while planning our daily adventures. Plus, the tour desk helped us find awesome places to check out around San Juan de los Lagos.
My children wanted more family-friendly dining options.

Good for couples wanting a nice weekend
Upgraded to a room with a balcony! The jacuzzi was a sweet touch after a long day. The balcony view was great, perfect for sipping some drinks and enjoying the sunset.
It's not exactly cheap but considering the comfort, I thought it was acceptable.
